SPRINGS AND HOSE CLAMPS PRODUCTION
The company MollFam Fabbrica s.r.l. has been on the
market for more then 40 years, projecting and producing
compression, torsion and traction springs with the wire
range from 0,20mm to 7,00mm as well as small metallic
folded and sheared products (clamps, binding-screw and
etc.) for all industries.
Recently, MollFam S.r.l. has specialised in the construction of the hose clamps (wire and belt) divided into 5 different lines in order to satisfy wide range of applications.
Thanks to our company policy based on the quality, customer service and cost reduction, we’ve been working closely for more then 30 years with big international companies for whom we’re a leading supplier in the electro-domestic sector: Electrolux (world), Indesit Company, Candy, Miele, BSH. In the electromechanic sector: Schneider Electric, Merlin Gerin, Tecumseh Europe, Vimercati, etc.; in the automobile sector as subsuppliers of the main automobile suppliers as Champion, Valeo and etc.
With the year turnover of 8 millions Euro and 60 employees (both in Italy and Slovakia) we are flexible
and fast to respond the demands of the market. Recently, we’ve opened a branch office in Slovakia MollFam
s.r.o., our new production unit that was born based on the
demand of the developing markets in order to satisfy and
follow the need of our customers. We’ve been transferring
the production of high interests in our Slovak office
since 2006. Nowadays our Slovak branch office manages
independently the LCC market.
We’ve also been ISO 9002 and VISION 2000 certified some years ago in order to follow the market demands and also to guarantee the standard quality of our production. And again for the security and quality issues, we’ve had certified some of our products IMQ standards. Recently we’ve started the preparation for the ISO 14000 and ISO TS certification because we’re aware of the environmental issues.
We’re currently operating 30 folding machines (wire and
steel band) Bihler, 8 winding machines Simplex Rapid and
Hack for the production of the compression springs,
10 machines Hack and Wafios for the production of the
suspension springs, 4 robotised work centres for the
production of wire clamps and 4 shearing machines with
different load capacity, one specialised samples and
prototype department where we’re studying the production
of new kind of springs together with our technical
department and with cooperation with our customers. We
also have a tooling department where we realize the major
part of our tools.
To be able to guarantee the high quality of our products,
we’ve also set up the Quality Control department, where
we have testing loads, profile projectors, press out force
test machines and for every article control calibration
for specific measures. For more complicated products,
we’ve introduced the video camera system of selection to
be able to guarantee 100% production control.
Regarding
the springs, we’re testing the resistance force where
necessary and the life test where we’re using test machines
of our production, realized based on our experience in
this sector, experience that we always use to satisfy our
customers, together with our technology to get the best
results, implementing the product research in cooperation
with the technical department with the objective to obtain a quality product with lowest possible costs.
